I look at her recent pictures and now see the face of a little girl and not the baby we met in Guangxi in July.

We have had our usual week or running/trips to the park. Baby gym/toddler club and lots of playing and 1:1 with Ma Ma. But on Thursday two of my oldest friends came for dinner. They have been such a part of our adoption journey and were our witnesses at our wedding they flew to Sri Lanka just to be there. And also were our character witnesses for our home study and are our 'unofficial' godmothers. Isabella adores them both.
Ma Ma has also been busy and during her nap times/evenings have re-painted the bathroom. It looks so much better! Next is to redecorate our bedroom and then kitchen. After our loft conversion we only did the hallways and new bedroom and bathroom and get Isabella's room ready. And there was lots of damage/cracks in the ceilings that needed repairing and the dirt from the loft got everywhere! So things really need a new coat of paint!
Ba Ba also now takes Isabella out on Saturday mornings for some Daddy and Daughter time and I can see their relationship flourishing. She is still a Ma Ma's girl but now is so much more relaxed and happy with Ba Ba. He normally takes her to the park or to a Museum/city farm and then for Dim Sum where they are both happy stuffing themselves with Cantonese Cuisine!
Marathon training
I found it so hard on Tuesday to run! It killed me and on Thursday I really was trying to make every excuse not to! But I did and it was such a nice easy run compared to Tuesday. Maybe I was just tired from the weekend?
Tuesday's jog 7 Km (4.2 miles) with baby jogger
Thursday's jog 7 km ( 4.2 miles) with baby jogger
Sundays long run 11 miles with Terry and baby jogger
Total miles this week = 19.4 miles
Aim for next week 8 miles in total with short mid week runs and 12-13 miles weekend long run.
We are hopefully both running the London Marathon for hope4china. And am setting up a just giving web page so people can easily donate online. As the charity isn't set up for justgiving yet it may take a few weeks. But we have 5 months before the event. I am also sorting out things to start listing and selling on ebay! I am only listing 5 items per week as I dont want to be going contantly to the post office. This week I sold two of the five items and so now have made a total of £4.50 but its a start and I have re listed one item and added 4 more for this week.
