I haven't had a girls night out for such a long time. So last night we had pre booked tickets to go and see sex and the city in Leicester square where film premiered.
OMG the cinema was packed with groups of girls all dressed up in heels, glitter, hats, prom dresses! Its a movie!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! In fact there was only 1 man in the entire audience ( obviously dragged in by his girlfriend!).
I had seen so many clips and was worried about this but it was great. If you loved the TV series you would love the movie. And yes moving the girls on 4 yrs worked!
It was very funny in places, and I had tears rolling down especially for the scene with Charlotte in Mexico ( I wont say anymore, but those who have seen it will know what I am talking about!). But it was sad in places as well.
We then went to China town for dinner and got home after midnight on a week night! Drinking lots of coffee today ( I am getting so old, I could do that everynight at 20!) But it was so nice to have a really good night out with my friends and forget about referrals and the adoption!
