Quick Update!

Yes on Wednesday we were told by our China facilitator that we were still in the matching room but not yet matched but were expedited. On Friday a Canadian agency told their clients that November 06 expedites have been included.

As you can imagine its been a hard weekend.

On Saturday my lovely DH booked us into a romantic 5* Spa hotel! As we know when baby Wong comes along we wont be able to do this! We also had a 10K run on Sunday morning around Dorney lake. So we had a lovely night at the hotel with a delicious dinner, got up at 7.30 for our run. Rushed breakfast as they were slow and drove to the lake. As soon as we arrived ( we have run their before) I knew something was a miss, it was quiet! I hadn't opened my running pack as DH had booked it and saw the date was for SATURDAY! . Oh well, we did a 10K run around the lake and then went back to the hotel and lazed by the spa pool until lunchtime!

We had arranged to catch 'white cat' and take it to the vets where the cat rescue centre would collect it after it had finished its medical treatment. We had a humane cat trap but as it was now coming when called and going into our kitchen albeit nervous to eat, I decided that a cat box would be easier. So I trapped it inside and it went mad! ( don't blame the poor think really!), luckily I wore rubber gardening gloves and a thick fleece as it bit my finger! Luckily it didn't go through the rubber. So we took one very unhappy trapped cat to the vets. They were going to leave it to rest overnight and to calm down and then examine it today. I will call the cat rescue centre in a couple of days for an update! I felt so cruel as it trusted me enough when I called it and to come into the house and then I bundled it into a box!

OK as for the referral! I called Darlington our government headquarters at 13.40 and they had not received any referrals, but no one else from Eurpope reported anyting at that time either so I wasnt unduly worried!. Since then the US ones have now started to arrive and we still know nothing. So yes I am on tender hooks. Hopefully we will find out something tomorrow. So baby Wong we really hope this is finally it where we get to see your face soon and find out all about you. But also thinking the worst! What happens if we get missed! AAAhhhhhhhhhh!
