Rainy day at Ocean Park

We woke up to rain! So decided eventually to go to Ocean Park rather than Disney as it had more covered areas. Ms Wong loved it despite the weather! The above picture is in her stroller covered in a rain poncho! She looks really miserable, but it was her mid day nap time and she was struggling to keep awake!

What she loved the most was the dolphin show. She was already pointing at things when we were first united as a family but since has learnt to clap and wave. She was so happy watching laughing, pointing and clapping along and waving at the dolphins and seals. It was so magical to watch her.




This was followed by a huge roast duck dinner, which of course she loved. Isabella doesn't like any Western foods apart from Ice cream, and loves all Asian foods!

Its been lovely coming back to Hong Kong despite the weather! But we are now so ready to go home and get Isabella settled. We have a huge Wong family dinner tomorrow, but we will just pop in for a short while on the way to the airport and will eat there and settle Isabella in her stroller! I am glad we have a night flight we leave at 23.00 hrs and arrive at 05.00 hrs so that should help a little with the time changes! I am sure it will take a while for her to re adjust. But I am sure she will cope she is such a strong, amazing child! And is always laughing and so happy. We are really so proud to be her parents.



I can wait to see the cats and wonder what Isabella will make of them and her new home!

I just read that there are only 2 LID days referred this month,, and there not even into February 2006!. This wait is so difficult at times, I really do appreciate how fortunate we were to get expedited and to already have our beautiful daughter, sleeping safely beside me. Big hugs to all of those who are still waiting. Your turn will come, and the wait will be worthwhile.
