On my Saturday run, hubby took Isabella to one of the city farms. She loves animals and we take her to one of the farms most weeks, but she would be happy to go every day!
On Sunday hubby did his long run ( 19 miles) and Isabella and I met him in Battersea park at the end. Again it was a beautiful spring sunny day and we had lunch sitting outside overlooking the boating lake. We have been so lucky with out weather for the last couple of weeks.
Hubby has been away at a conference, so for the early part of the week it was just me and Isabella. It wasn't or wouldn't of been a problem if hubby hadn't taken the car key with him!!! We do have a spare but it wont open the central locking system and you can only open the car manually. So on Tuesday AM we were ready to go to the gym, me for a run and Isabella to the creche! But hubby had left the car with the steering lock on and whilst I could get into the car the key wouldn't unlock the steering wheel or start the car! In my attempts I damaged the key shaft! Oops so the AA were unable to help and we now are car less whilst a car lock specialist is waiting for a new key shaft so he can fit it!
Its not a problem as we have good public transport but I have a 1/2 marathon run on Sunday in Reading! I have booked a train ticket just in case but will have to get up and leave so early plus the clocks go back!
Marathon Training - 1 month to go!
Its exactly a month until the London Marathon. Last week I ran 32 miles over 4 runs. 3 with Isabella in the baby jogger and one long run of 20 miles. But I did feel tired from mile 17-20 when normally at this stage I feel OK. I hope it was just the cold that I have! But I did run it 7 minutes quicker than the last 20 mile run I did in February. But my old back injury has started to flare with some niggling pain during the week and it did hurt on my long run on Saturday. So this week I am taking it easy and hopefully with heat pads and rest it wont get worse!
Thanks to everyone who has sponsored us. We still have another £200 to reach our target and any donations will be gratefully received! Just click onto our just giving link.

Lost keys? Ring him on the mobile, apparently if he unlocks the car into his mobile and you hold yours clsoe to the car, it should unlock from a distance - would love to know if this works!
Hope to see you very soon,

The only working key was in Scotland with him!!!!!! Problem wasnt getting in as the spare key does this manualy, but the ignition lock wouldnt move!
Good tip thought I will have to try that one next time:)
