In America we bought our first baby clothes from baby gap. Which is fine if we get referred a girl aged 12-18 months! If we get a younger child, a boy or twins, we will need to do a mad shopping trip. But as Janet says! With all the bibs from the bib swap at least she/he/they will have a clean tummy! I couldn't upload any pictures from home at the weekend, my laptop is too old and slow! ( I know how it feels!).
We had a restful weekend just catching up on sleep, chores and of course book editing. Terry ordered the new boiler system and showers so we are now already for the plumber to start next week, prior to the loft conversion being started. We will need to spend at least a day clearing everything out of the loft in advance, its surprising how much you accumulate and hide in four years!
On Sunday we also managed a run around Blackheath of 8 KM. I am so slow and unfit after my back injury, and am just building up again slowly. However, my hubby is so fit after the Jersey marathon, I have a lot of catching up to do (literally!).
